My version of kalderetang kambing. No potatoes. I decided against it since I’ll serve it with a cheesy polenta.

Ingredients, goat, apple cider vinegar, sea salt, black pepper, 3 kinds of fresh tomatoes, garlic, red bell pepper, carrots, organic honey, parsley, yellow onion, manzanilla olives.

The traditional recipe calls for adding chopped liver and tomato paste and does not include honey.

I’ll garnish with fresh parsley, cilantro, or oregano. :)
